Christine Sevigny
Executive Director

Inspired by the Anne Frank quote, “How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single minute before starting to improve the world”. Christine, sees her role as CMOW’s Executive Director as a way to help improve the lives of members of our community.Having a deep commitment to the principles of access, equity and social justice for all, Christine is committed to ensuring that all CMOW programs and services are accessible to everyone, enabling them to live healthy, independent lives.

Christine has a Masters of Social Work and has worked for other great organizations, such as, COTA Health, Peel Committee Against Woman Abuse and Albion Neighbourhood Services amongst others over the last 25 years.

Having lived and raised her family in Caledon since 2004, Christine feels honoured to be able to contribute to the vibrancy and activity of this great community.

Cathy Dance

Cathy’s passion for working with the aging population began when she started volunteering at CMOW five years ago as a SMILE fitness instructor, primarily working with in-home clients.

Having worked for many years with the Ontario Lottery Corporation in sales, marketing and promotion and then as a co-owner of a small shipping company, Cathy found that this career change gave her great personal fulfillment.

Now, as Program Manager at CMOW, Cathy finds her day-to-day interaction with clients, volunteers and coworkers most enjoyable and is always willing to share her experiences, friendliness and candid humour with everyone she meets.

Lauren MacDonald

Lauren has been volunteering for CMOW since 2012 and decided it was time to make philanthropy a part of her occupation. Following a joyous educational experience at the University of Guelph, studying anthropology and international development, she carried on in an event-based career that allowed her a diverse learning experience before deciding to make a change. It has always been Lauren’s goal to involve altruism in her daily life and she is elated by the promise of a new adventure with Caledon Meals on Wheels.

Christine has been part of the CMOW team since early 2015, managing social media and developing relationships within the community to raise awareness of the services and fundraise. Marrying her talent for relationship building and sales, Christine has developed several new partnerships for CMOW. When not at work, Christine enjoys travelling, cooking and boating on Georgian Bay.

Erin Paisley

Erin brings her passion for food and nutrition into every aspect of her life, from nurturing her three children to her CMOW clients. Erin treats everyone like her family, ensuring that everyone gets a nutritious meal when they need one .

And when she’s not thinking about food, she’s out thinking about others, supporting the Bolton Sea Cadets and participating as an active member of the Caledon Navy League, and of course, chauffeuring her active family to all sorts of wonderful events.

Judi Mortimer
Frozen Meal Delivery Driver

Judi started delivering hot meals as a volunteer, in October of 2012. She loved it so much that she decided to deliver frozen meals for CMOW too. Judi enjoys the landscape and the warm friendly people she meets when she drives through the Caledon countryside on her delivery days.

Judi has lived in Caledon for 20 years, is happily married to Dave and they have a daughter Victoria and a son Brent. Her family enjoys camping, especially at Killbear Provincial Park where they met and ran from one of the park’s bears. Judi also enjoys baseball, golf and badminton.



Social Health and Wellness Program

Dionne has been a Personal Support Worker for the past 25 years, working in both long term and community settings.

She enjoys her job because she loves taking care of seniors, ensuring they are well taken care of and that they are satisfied.
Looking after seniors is her greatest pleasure.

Gina Singh

Gina has worked and volunteered with seniors in the Caledon and Dufferin communities for the past five years and is motivated to continue to help seniors age in place healthily.Gina also has experience working in Mental Health.

Gina is pleased to have the opportunity to work as a program coordinator at CMOW with a wonderful team in an organization that promotes health and wellness for seniors. Gina has lived in Bolton since 2003 with her husband and three children and sees the community as a great place to live for all ages. Gina enjoys Zumba and spending time with her family.

Kathryn Mifsud

Kathryn Mifsud has been working with CMOW since 2014. As a long-time resident of the Bolton/Caledon area, and a huge supporter of the community, she has volunteered with numerous agencies in the last 30 years, including Caledon Heritage, Bolton Braves Baseball, Caledon Food Drive, Region of Peel and more. Kathryn has taught fitness for the Town, in addition to coaching her boys in baseball and managing more than a few of their hockey teams. She admits to having a soft spot for kids and seniors and enjoys working closely with them both. With a background in Legal, Planning and Business, Kathryn brings a varied skill set to her role as Program Coordinator with our Congregate Dining Program. Kathryn enjoys sports, gardening, golfing and cottage life, but mostly hanging out with her two teenage boys.

Katie has been an active member of Dufferin and Caledon community for over 15 years and has been volunteering as a home visitor with Caledon Meals on Wheels for over a year. Katie graduated with a BA in Sociology and a Diploma in Social Services and has worked with seniors, children, women abuse, and mental health over the course of her career. As Program Coordinator with the Social Health and Wellness program, she enjoys being given the opportunity to not only use her skills and compassion to help, but also using her creativity to provide meaningful education on healthy living and community engagement for residents in our seniors buildings.
Katie enjoys keeping busy with family and friends with her service dog and loyal companion, Bali. Katie is a Yoga enthusiast and enjoys art, hiking, and gardening in her free time. Her favorite saying is: “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present

May Anne Reyes

Graduating school with a background in Social Service Work in the developing field of Gerontology, May Anne brings five years and continuing experience working with seniors. Having recognized her passion for working with the aging population right away she knew that it was an amazing field to pursue a profession in. May Anne brings her joy of healthy living to all her programs creating a fun environment for her program participants where she raises awareness of healthy habits and senior well-being. She is excited to be part of a truly wonderful and heart-warming opportunity and to be a part of the Caledon Meals on Wheels team!

May Anne enjoys spending lots of time with her family and friends, hiking and doing judo–and is secretly known as the CMOW ninja!

Kim started with CMOW as a volunteer driver and was quickly hooked! She became a part of CMOW staff in 2012 as Coordinator of Volunteer Services. Kim has lived in Bolton with her husband and two children since 2000. She knew it was a great community when she decided to call Caledon home but since she has joined the CMOW team she is continually amazed by how great it truly is. Kim feels very lucky to get to work with the wonderful volunteers that make CMOW what it is, the wonderful clients, and amazing staff!
She is particularly fond of a quote written by Sir James Mathew Barrie, “Those who bring sunshine into the lives of others cannot keep it from themselves.
