Healthy Frozen Meals
Our frozen meals are made with the same love and care as our hot meals. Created by a personal chef, ingredients are wholesome and suitable for various diet restrictions, such as diabetics and those who follow a low sodium or low fat diet. Our frozen meals also adhere to Canada’s Food Guide.
All of our entrées can be microwaved or oven heated.
What is a frozen meal?
A frozen meal consists of one (1) entrée and a choice of two (2) sides (dessert or soup).
Cost: $6.00
Clients can also choose to purchase an entrée or side dish separately.
Cost for one (1) entrée: $4.00
Cost for one (1) side: $1.25
What is a frozen meal deal?
A Frozen Meal Deal is seven (7) entrées of your choice for $27.00

How do I order?
Just make your selections on our frozen meal order form,scan it and email it to Erin.paisley@cmow.org or call us and we’ll take your order! If you are emailing it, please make sure the subject line reads: Frozen meal order.
When can I expect my delivery?
Deliveries occur every other Friday. Meals are delivered between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

A delivery charge of $2.00 applies to all orders. We accept Visa or MasterCard payments.
